Attendance & Awards

When this unlocks

Navigate to Dashboard → Your MUN → Attendance & Awards. This page stays locked until the MUN's event start date — it opens automatically on the day itself.

The page walks through three steps, in order: mark attendance, give awards, then publish. Each step shows a live count (how many are present, how many awards are staged) so you always know where things stand.

Step 1: marking attendance

The Attendance tab lists every paid, active delegate. Search by name, registration ID, or committee to narrow the list down.

• Toggle a single delegate's status with the Present/Absent switch on their row
• Mark N Present / Mark N Absent: bulk-marks everyone currently matching your search — narrow the search first if you only want to affect a subset
• Only paid, active registrations appear — cancelled or unpaid delegates aren't part of attendance
• Absent delegates receive zero XP for this MUN, with no partial credit

How XP is calculated

Two numbers drive every payout: a flat attendance credit, and a multiplier that scales up award bonuses.

Both start from a base: attendance XP starts at your MUN's configured base XP reward, and the multiplier starts at 1.0×. Tags stack — a Reputed, Verified, and Partner MUN pays attendance XP plus all three bonuses, and scales award bonuses at 1.9×.

Step 2: giving awards

Once a delegate is marked present, an Award button appears for them on the Awards tab. Pick from common presets, each scaled by your MUN's multiplier:

• You can stack multiple presets on one delegate
• One custom award per delegate is allowed, with a base bonus between 100 and 150 XP
• Awards are staged, not final — add, edit, or remove them freely until you publish

Step 3: publishing

When attendance and awards are set, click Publish XP & Notify. Confirm in the dialog to proceed.

   Every attended delegate's total XP (attendance credit + award bonuses) is credited to their Tikxz profile immediately.

   Every attended delegate gets an email with their XP, their awards, and a link to submit feedback on the MUN.

   Attendance and Awards both lock. You can no longer change who was present or edit anyone's staged awards.

Feedback, after publish

A Feedback tab appears once you publish, visible to admins. Delegates rate their overall experience, committee quality, and organization, and can leave an optional comment. Responses fill in over time as delegates follow the link from their results email — there's nothing to collect before publish, since that's when the link goes out.
