Audit Log

See who did what, and when — across every corner of your MUN

What it is

Navigate to Dashboard → Your MUN → Audit Log. This is a running, timestamped record of every organizer and team-member action taken on your MUN.

It covers cancellations, refunds, committee and portfolio edits, coupon changes, team and scanner user changes, allocation and Cash Drive emails, Executive Board decisions, and settings updates.

This exists for accountability. Once more than one person (a co-organizer, a collaborator, a faculty advisor) has access to your MUN, the audit log is how you answer "who changed this, and when" without having to ask around.

What each entry shows

Every row has four parts:

  • Time: when the action happened
  • Action badge: color-coded by type — e.g. Cancel Registration, Auto-Assign, New Coupon, Admin Settings
  • Description: a specific, plain-language summary — a settings change lists exactly which fields changed and their new values; a refund shows the amount; a payment update shows the new status and method
  • Actor: the team member's name and role who performed the action

Filtering by category

Use the filter pills to narrow the log to one area at a time:

CategoryCovers
RegistrationsCancellations, refunds, assignment changes, payment updates, auto-assign runs, exports
CommitteesCommittee create/edit/delete, portfolio add/remove
CouponsCoupon create/edit/delete
SettingsMUN detail edits, MUN deletion
TeamTeam member and scanner user add/edit/remove

Logs are grouped by date, most recent first, 25 entries per page. Use Refresh to pull in anything logged since you opened the page.

Common uses

  • Confirming who cancelled a registration, and why, when a delegate disputes it
  • Checking whether allocation emails or Cash Drive reminders actually went out, and exactly when
  • Tracing a coupon or committee change back to the team member who made it
  • General accountability whenever more than one person has organizer access to the MUN
